What better way to get your team together than at a brewery, often we find a lot of relationship building is done over a beer or a glass of wine and having a real conversation with each other. There are real benefits of getting out of your normal office space, breaking down barriers and building up your team.
Space to think
Sometimes a change of scenery is a good way to start thinking differently. At Hillside Brewery, we are set on a stunning 40-acre farm with lovely views of the Cotswolds. Our Hop Barn is the ideal open space to brainstorm ideas and put your heads together, with the space to get outside and breathe in the fresh air which will give you the space to think without the hustle and bustle of every day work.
If you want to help stimulate your team at your company event we have a range of activities or experiences that we can offer on site to help facilitate that. From archery tag (like paintball and dodge ball combined, but without the pain) to lazer clay pigeon shooting – we will have something to get you up on your feet.
If you want something more relaxed and indoor based to get your team thinking we can have a range of excellent and mentally stimulating activities such as a spaghetti tower challenge or minesweeper.
Can you provide any training?
We work with a range of training professionals who can deliver accredited Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) courses from Level 2 to Level 6. This is the ideal location bringing a combination of theory and practical elements to support the day as well as transfer learning back to the workplace.
We aim to find something to provide great value for money for all budgets so don’t hesitate to let us know what your budget is and we can create your perfect day.
How far away are they? How long will it take me to get there?
